We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fertile Glow. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

Return Policy

• You may return any unused or unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Returns must be in their original packaging with all labels attached.
• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for a full refund or exchange.
• We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used, unless there is a defect.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

• We will gladly exchange items within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in original, unused condition.
• Exchanges can be processed for products of equal or lesser value. If the exchanged item is of greater value, the difference will need to be paid.
• To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the items you wish to exchange.

Refund Policy

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
